三种双功能光折变模型分子的合成及光谱性质研究

The syntheses and spectroscopic properties of three difunctional photorefractive model molecules ethyl[2 cyano 3 (9 ethylcarbazol 3 yl)]acrylate(ECEA), 2 (4 nitrophenyl) 3 (9 ethylcarbazol 3 yl) acrylonitrile(NPEA) and 9 ethylcarbazol 3 azo (4 nitrobenzene)(ECAN) are reported in this paper. The results indicate that the spectroscopic properties are influenced by the structure of three molecules and these molecules belong to p type semiconductor.
