多元化进入时机与目标行业选择是目前国内企业选择多元化道路中的核心问题。本文通过组合企业核心竞争力、主业增长率以及行业相关性,构建了一个多元化经营的三维决策模型,研究了不同情境下企业对多元化经营扩张的态度,试图为企业做出战略选择提供更加全面客观的评判依据。
Diversification into the timing and target industry choice is the core of the domestic enterprises to choose the road to diversity. This paper constructs a three-dimensional decision-making model of diversification by combining the core competitiveness of enterprises, the growth rate of main business and industry relevance, and studies the attitude of enterprises to diversification expansion in different situations, trying to provide enterprises with a strategic choice to provide More comprehensive and objective basis for judging.
