利用多传感器数据融合技术,通过对超声波传感器、测速传感器、电容传感器以及称重传感器测得的物料质量数据进行数据融合,大大提高了称重系统的测量精度,得到受环境干扰因素更小、精度更高的有关物料的测量数据。仿真结果表明,该方法在数据处理的精确性和稳定性方面都得到改善,可以有效地减小噪声、振动、电磁干扰等环境因素对动态称重系统测量的影响。
