目的:探讨治疗伤寒的最佳首选药物和耐药菌株伤寒的药物治疗。方法:对38例确诊伤寒患者,用国产洛美沙星(Lomefioxacin)治疗。剂量是成人0.6g/d,分2次服,疗程一周。结果:1.38例均治愈,无复发和再燃。2.退热时间,平均为3.8天。3.无伤寒并发症。4.无不良副作用。结论:洛美沙星退热快,控制菌血症效果好,疗程短,简单、经济、患者容易接受。据临床观察是目前治疗伤寒的最佳首选药物和耐药菌株伤寒的最优治疗药物。
Objective: To explore the treatment of typhoid fever the best drug of choice and drug-resistant strains of typhoid fever. Methods: Thirty-eight patients diagnosed as typhoid fever were treated with Lomefioxacin. Dosage is 0.6g / d adult, 2 times service, a week of treatment. Results: 1.38 cases were cured, no recurrence and reburning. 2 antipyretic time, an average of 3.8 days. 3. No typhoid complications. No adverse side effects. Conclusion: Lomefloxacin is very effective in relieving fever and controlling bacteremia. It has a short course of treatment, is simple, economical and easy to be accepted by patients. According to clinical observation is the best treatment of typhoid fever and drug-resistant strains of the best choice for the treatment of typhoid fever.
