近几年来,我一直负责全行业的调整工作,几年的时间也经历了一个由不自觉到自觉的过程,特别是“十五大”以后,思路更清晰了,信心更坚定了。从80年代末期我们公司就开始把改革,调整、重组作为一项重要的工作,力图使这一传统的行业尽快适应市场经济形式,获得快速健康发展。但是,近二、三年来,通过对将近20年实践情况的分析和深刻的反思,我们不得不承认过去的工作走了一些弯路,效果并不尽如意。从1997年开始,我们改变了自己的思维方式,在中小企业调整方面进行了大胆尝试,取得了较为理想的效果。一、对以前工作的反思众所周知,造纸工业是属于资金密集、技术密集、规模经济类型的行业。同
In recent years, I have been responsible for the adjustment of the whole industry. I have experienced a process of unconsciousness and self-consciousness in a few years’ time.
