外圆磨削时工件的形状精度直接受主轴径向误差运动(SREM)的影响。为了有效地补偿SREM,文章介绍一种预测补偿误差系统,并详细叙述了SREM的在线测量及控制的系统。应用本方法可对外圆磨床上工件主轴的径向误差运动进行分析,而且在理论上可补偿98.4%的误差。比较预测系统和常用的反馈系统的不同超前期,进而确定在线控制时的最佳预测步数。图13幅,表6个,参考文献15则。
The shape accuracy of a workpiece during cylindrical grinding is directly affected by the spindle radial error motion (SREM). In order to compensate SREM effectively, this paper introduces a prediction error compensation system, and describes the system of SREM on-line measurement and control in detail. The method can be used to analyze the radial error motion of the workpiece spindle on the cylindrical grinder, and can theoretically compensate for the 98.4% error. Compare the different lead times between the forecast system and the commonly used feedback system to determine the best forecasting time for online control. Figure 13, Table 6, Reference 15 then.
