举世瞩目的十五届世界杯足球赛已降下了帷幕,这样代表当今世界足球最高水平的大赛,不仅给世界亿万观众留下极为美好的回忆,也让每一个关心足球的人们开阔了眼界,启迪了思维,使大家愈加关心中国足球的发展和腾飞。西安体育学院足球教研室的部分教师,在大赛结束之际,就本届世界杯的特点和趋势、竞赛制度和规则修改所产生的影响、裁判工作的评价与趋势,以及中国足球的思考等方面的主要内容组织了座谈。既为学人,他们论说的角度和思维定势,自然而然地偏重于学术方面,总的说给人以厚重之感,不像观看比赛那样轻松而惬意。但我们认为,当前中国的球迷,除了应继续执着地钟情足球之片,亦应在理论上上一个台阶,使自己对足球的理解进入一个更高的层次。基于这样的认识,我们郑重向读者推出此稿。
