江津增压器厂隶属于中国船舶重工集团公司,是目前国内规模大、工艺装备先进的专业废气涡轮增压器生产厂,国家一级企业。自1978年以来,工厂已连续24年盈利,并连续10年保持“重庆工业企业50强”称号。这些经营成绩的取得,得益于国外先进技术的引进,更与工厂建立思想动态分析处理机制,及时做好职工思想政治工作,从而为企业发展提供稳定的发展环境是密不可分的。
