对铜电解液净化常规电积及各种改进电积工艺的流程优缺点进行了评述。作者所提出的控制阴极电势电积法已经完成了工业化试验并即将投入工业生产。与以往各种脱铜脱砷电积法比较,该方法可提高工作效率10%~40%,节能10%~50%,可产出合格电铜,基本上消除了酸雾并能抑制砷化氢的析出,因而具有高效、节能、创收、环保等一系列优点。控制阴极电势电积法经济效益与社会效益明显,应用前景广阔,值得推广。
The advantages and disadvantages of the process of purifying conventional electrolytes of copper electrolyte and various electroplating processes were reviewed.
