目的通过对神经外科失血性休克患者的临床护理效果观察,分析临床护理对神经外科失血性休克患者的可行性,必要性和重要性。方法本次研究选取2015年12月到2017年2月收治的42名神经外科失血性休克的患者为研究对象,所有研究对象都是自愿参与实验并能够服从医护人员医嘱与要求。在治疗过程中,密切关注患者的血压,呼吸,心率等基础护理和患者意识,表情,病情变化等生命体征,加强对患者的精细护理,从而研究临床护理对神经外科失血性休克患者的重要作用。结果 42名神经外科失血性患者经过及时有效的治疗和精细的临床护理,全部治愈,治愈率为100%。结论加强对神经外科失血性患者的细致护理,不仅能够减轻患者痛苦,促进患者痊愈,而且对于提高疾病的整体临床治愈率,缓和医患关系具有重要意义。
Objective To analyze the clinical nursing effect of patients with neurosurgical hemorrhagic shock and analyze the feasibility, necessity and importance of clinical nursing in patients with neurosurgical hemorrhagic shock. Methods The study selected 42 patients who underwent neurosurgical hemorrhagic shock from December 2015 to February 2017. All subjects were voluntarily involved in the experiment and were able to obey the doctor’s orders and requirements. In the course of treatment, pay close attention to the patient’s blood pressure, respiration, heart rate and other basic care and patient awareness, expression, changes in condition and other vital signs, and strengthen the patient’s intensive care to study the clinical nursing of patients with neurosurgical hemorrhagic shock in an important role . Results 42 neurosurgical patients with hemorrhagic disease after timely and effective treatment and fine clinical care, all cured, the cure rate was 100%. Conclusion To strengthen meticulous care of patients with neurosurgical hemorrhagic disease can not only reduce the suffering of patients and promote the recovery of patients, but also improve the overall clinical cure rate and ease the relationship between doctors and patients.
