简要概述了我国食品干燥机械的发展现状，提出我国的食品干燥机械发展应着重在提高干燥机生产率，向大型化、系列化发展；改进和完善现有设备和干燥工序，强化干燥过程；干燥机组合使用；降低热能消耗；加强环保功能等几方面开展工作。
A brief overview of the current development of food drying machinery in our country is proposed. The development of food drying machinery in our country should focus on improving the productivity of the dryer to large-scale and serialized development, improving and perfecting the existing equipment and drying process, and strengthening the drying process. Combined use; reduce heat consumption; strengthen environmental protection and other aspects of work.
