随着经济的不断发展,我国总体经济实力已经位居世界第二。同时国内的许多企业都已经做大做强。在新的经济环境下企业面临着新的发展方式,大部分企业为了适应新的发展计划而进行深化改革。这就要求企业政工队伍也要加强队伍建设,提高政工队伍综合素质,为企业的深化改革做出应有的贡献。本文从分析政工队伍基本情况的基础上提出一些提高政工队伍素质的方法与建议。
With the continuous economic development, China’s overall economic strength has ranked second in the world. At the same time, many domestic enterprises have become bigger and stronger. In the new economic environment, enterprises are facing a new mode of development, and most enterprises carry out further reforms in order to adapt to the new development plan. This requires that political and military ranks of enterprises should also strengthen team building, improve the overall quality of political work teams and make due contributions to the deepening reform of enterprises. Based on the analysis of the basic situation of the political workforce, this article puts forward some methods and suggestions to improve the quality of the political workforce.
