取雄性大鼠(180~200g),先在侧脑室埋植不锈钢套管,在23±1°室温单只饲养,5~7天后供实验用。侧脑室内注射(icv)蛉蟾肽(Bombesin,Ⅰ)0.10μg(以生理盐水溶解,注射3~4μl,随后注入0.5~1μl 生理盐水冲洗)后,1min 内动物出现后肢猛力抓搔面、头和颈部,作用持续至少45min。将大鼠单只放进有机玻璃观察盒(长22cm,宽18cm,高25cm)内,借助微型计算机每次同时定量观察4只大鼠,每20sec 计数5sec 内出现擦身、搔痒或口咬的次数,共观察30min。注射(Ⅰ)后,每鼠30min 内最多搔抓数达90次。对照鼠(皮下注射及icv 生理盐水)的搔抓最多次数%为8±2(n=20)。测得的绝对搔抓次数以ANOVA 统计并进行t 测验,与对照组比较p<0.05者为有效。通过减去对照组的绝
