企业直接融资是指企业通过银行等金融机构之外的途径取得资金来源的一种资金融通方式。为了对我辖企业开展直接融资的情况有一个较为全面的了解,最近,我们组织力量对地市部分企业融资情况进行了一次专题调查。 一、基本状况及其特征 从调查统计情况看,198家被调查企业1995年末资金来源余额为877950万元,比1994年新增92589万元,增长11.79％,其中:1、金融机构借款(间接融资)余额为507403万元,比1994年增33174万元,增长7.0％,占调查企业资金来源的57.79％;2、企业内部集资(不含债券)为29049万元,比1994年增9475万元,增长48.41％,占调查企业资金来源的3.31％;3、向企业外部集资(不含债券)为5936万元,比1994年增3126万元,增长111.25％,占调查企业资金来源的0.68％;4、发行股票、债券
Direct financing of enterprises refers to a kind of financing method through which companies obtain funds from sources other than financial institutions such as banks. In order to have a more comprehensive understanding of the situation in which companies under my jurisdiction carry out direct financing, we recently organized a special survey on the financing situation of some companies in the city. I. Basic situation and characteristics According to survey statistics, the balance of fund sources at the end of 1995 of the 198 surveyed enterprises was 877.95 million yuan, an increase of 92.589 million yuan over 1994, an increase of 11.79%, of which: 1.
