晋商于明清时期崛起,在商界纵横五百余年,创造了无数的商业辉煌,在中国的商业史上写下了浓墨重彩的一笔。虽然现在所处的经济环境与晋商当时的环境有着一定的区别,但是晋商创造出来的经营管理模式对于当代商业具有重要的借鉴意义。本文从晋商的经营意识和管理模式的创新性展开分析,从而得出对当代企业的重要启示。
The rise of Shanxi merchants in the Ming and Qing Dynasties created more than 500 business successes in the commercial circles and created countless commercial splendor. Although the current economic environment and the Shanxi business environment at the time there is a certain difference, but the business management model created by the Shanxi Merchants for the contemporary business has an important reference. This article starts from the analysis of the management consciousness of Shanxi merchants and the innovation of management mode, and draws the important enlightenment to contemporary enterprises.
