以Fe_3O_4为磁性材料、明胶或可溶性淀粉为骨架材料,甲醛或环氧氯丙烷及Na_3P_3O_9作交联剂,制得了磁性明胶微球和磁性淀粉微球,分别以它们为载体对亚甲基蓝、铜氨络离子、甲基橙、血卟啉、四苯基卟啉、胆绿素和胆红素等进行非生理条件下的载药特性研究。
Magnetic gelatin microspheres and magnetic starch microspheres were prepared by using Fe_3O_4 as the magnetic material, gelatin or soluble starch as the framework material, formaldehyde or epichlorohydrin and Na_3P_3O_9 as the cross-linking agent. Methylene blue, copper ammonia complex Ion, methyl orange, hematoporphyrin, tetraphenylporphyrin, biliverdin and bilirubin were studied under non-physiological conditions.
