采用10μg/次乙肝疫苗以0、1、6月程序经肌肉接种被认为是目前最佳的乙肝免疫方案。按此方法,80~95%被接种者可产生足够的抗-HBs 抗体。但由于乙肝疫苗价格较高,在许多经济较落后地区普遍使用仍有一定困难,一些学者尝试以小剂量乙肝疫苗经皮内接种预防乙肝,获得了较满意效果,但未见有大面积接种的观察报告。为提高农村地区乙肝疫苗的接种率,探索在乙肝高发地区有效地阻止乙型肝炎在儿童中水平传播的方法,我们于1990年对南宁市江西乡约5000名6~14岁儿童给予小剂量乙肝疫苗经皮内接种,并抽样作血清学效果观察,现将结果报告如下:
