使用反相液相色谱-质谱手段检测鱼油乙酯。使用85%~100%的甲醇水梯度,可对鱼油乙酯样品中的不同物质实现较好的分离;借助高分辨质谱提供的精确质量数信息,可预测各物质可能的化学式。在本研究建立的色谱条件下,使用C18色谱柱,鱼油乙酯有如下的保留规律:整数分子量相同的两种物质,碳原子数目较多的物质其保留时间也较长;氧原子数目和不饱和度相同的两种物质,碳原子数目较多的物质其保留时间也较长;氧原子数目和碳原子数目相同的两种物质,不饱和度越高的,保留时间越短。
Reverse phase liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry was used to detect fish oil ethyl ester. Using 85% to 100% methanol-water gradients, a good separation of the different substances in the fish oil ethyl ester sample can be achieved; with the help of the exact mass information provided by high-resolution mass spectrometry, the possible chemical formulas for each substance can be predicted. In the chromatographic conditions established in this study, the C18 column, fish oil ethyl ester has the following retention: Integer molecular weight of the same two substances, the number of carbon atoms more retention time is longer; the number of oxygen atoms and not Two substances with the same degree of saturation and two substances with the same number of carbon atoms have longer retention time. The two substances with the same number of oxygen atoms and the same number of carbon atoms have the higher degree of unsaturation and the shorter retention time.
