本文叙述吗啡和度冷丁等镇痛药与氮芥类药物在体内的交互作用。给体重20~30g成年雌、雄小白鼠分别皮下注射硫酸吗啡(5、10及25mg/kg)或盐酸度冷丁(5,25或50mg/kg)30分钟后,给亚致死量的环磷酰胺(300mg/kg)或氮芥(5mg/kg),观察7天致死率。结果表明,氮芥5mg/kg,无动物死亡;先给硫酸吗啡(5、10或25mg/kg)再给氮芥则致死率分别为50、60和100%。氮芥为10mg/kg时,二天内动物死亡20%;先给硫酸吗啡(5、10及25mg/kg)再给氮芥,则致死率分别增加到80、90及100%;若先给度冷丁再给氮芥(10mg/kg),
This article describes the interaction of analgesics such as morphine and meperidine with nitrogen mustards in vivo.
