我院1987～1988年试用沈阳医学院药厂生产的腹蛇抗栓酶(简称抗栓酶)0.75~u、1.0~u、1.5~u、2.0~u四种剂量随机对急性心肌梗塞20例进行溶栓、抗凝治疗。现报道如下。临床资料1.一般情况:男17例,女3例,年龄44～70岁,平均56.7岁。20例均为初发患者,其中前间壁梗塞4例,前壁5例,下壁6例,高侧壁1例,广泛前壁4例。合并室性早搏者6例,Ⅱ°房室传导阻滞2例,Ⅱ°窦房传导阻滞1例,合并左心衰竭者
