20世纪90年代以来,随着经济全球化的不断加快,跨国企业的不断涌起,各国的竞争也愈发激烈,在这种背景下,企业的发展模式就要随着时代的变化而不断创新。而近年来,有不少发达国家在企业管理方面形成一套完备的管理制度和体系,即企业项目管理体系。该体系在西方国家中应用越来越广泛,并同时促使项目管理理念和方法有了进一步的发展,项目及项目管理的应用也进入一个相对全新的时代。本文在研究企业项目管理理论的基础上,分析了企业项目管理模式形成的特点及其发展过程中所面临的问题,接着分析了实施企业项目管理的关键要素,即建立战略级项目管理办公室(PMO),这就为企业的项目管理提供战略指导。
