高职生综合就业能力的培养是一项系统工程,是高等职业教育发展的客观要求,是高等职业教育的根本任务。社会经济和科学技术的发展,使社会工业化程度不断提高,社会生产方式发生变化,生产者和管理者呈二者合一趋势,这对职业者提出了新的要求。分析影响高职生综合就业能力培养的主要因素,针对目前其不足状况,阐述其重要意义,探索其对策,有利于提升高职生的综合就业能力,以适应社会发展的需要。
The cultivation of comprehensive employment ability of higher vocational students is a systematic project, which is the objective requirement of the development of higher vocational education and the fundamental task of higher vocational education. The development of the social economy and science and technology has led to the continuous improvement of the industrialization of society and the changes of social production patterns. The trend toward unity between producers and managers presents a new demand for professionals. Analysis of the main factors affecting the training of comprehensive employment ability of higher vocational students, according to the current deficiencies, to elaborate its significance and explore its countermeasures, is conducive to enhancing the comprehensive employment ability of higher vocational students to meet the needs of social development.
