针对新一代高性能发动机油底壳,利用同步设计改进产品结构,应用高压油道钢管嵌件特殊工艺。改进钢管形状、制造工艺,缩小形位公差,提高定位精度和一致性;改进模具设计,提高钢管嵌件安装及压铸过程的稳定性;运用钢管预热和滚花工艺,解决产品的泄漏问题;研发钢管嵌件清洗及防锈工艺,解决产品压铸及加工过程中的管件生锈问题,有效地保证了产品高压油道的气密性能和清洁度,使产品设计成功并进行量产。
