矿井提升机异步笼型感应电机交流矢量控制策略中速度控制通常采用比例积分控制器,电机参数摄动和负载扰动等因素都会使控制系统性能变差。对此,提出了一种新型的滑模速度控制器,利用滑模变结构控制在建模误差以及内部参数发生变化时鲁棒性强等特点,改善了控制系统的动静态性能。该控制策略响应速度快、控制精度高,对电机参数摄动和负载扰动具有较强的鲁棒性。仿真结果验证了控制策略的正确性和可行性。
Asymmetric Cage Induction Machine AC Vector Control Strategy for Mine Hoist The proportional-integral controller is usually used for speed control. Factors such as motor parameter perturbation and load disturbance will make the performance of the control system worse. In this regard, a new type of sliding mode speed controller is proposed, which can improve the dynamic and static performance of the control system by using the characteristics of the sliding mode variable structure control in modeling error and robustness when the internal parameters change. The control strategy has the advantages of fast response, high control precision and strong robustness to motor parameter perturbation and load disturbance. The simulation results verify the correctness and feasibility of the control strategy.
