目的:探究深圳地区2型糖尿病患者药物治疗率及影响因素。方法:2016年2月-2017年2月通过分层整群抽样方法,对深圳地区2000例2型糖尿病患者进行研究,分析影响药物治疗率的相关因素。结果:2000例患者,药物治疗1702例,药物治疗率为85.1%。病程、文化水平、糖尿病家族史、饮酒、并发症、中心性肥胖是2型糖尿病患者药物治疗率的独立影响因素,P<0.01。结论:深圳地区2型糖尿病患者药物治疗率有待进一步提高。
Objective: To explore the rate of drug treatment in type 2 diabetic patients in Shenzhen and its influencing factors. Methods: From February 2016 to February 2017, stratified cluster sampling method was used to study 2000 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus in Shenzhen and to analyze the related factors that influence the rate of drug treatment. Results: In 2000 patients, there were 1702 cases of drug treatment and the rate of drug treatment was 85.1%. The course of disease, educational level, family history of diabetes, alcohol consumption, complication and central obesity were the independent influential factors of drug treatment rate in type 2 diabetic patients, P <0.01. Conclusion: The treatment rate of type 2 diabetes patients in Shenzhen need to be further improved.
