我们应用辛夷滴剂治疗过敏性鼻炎54例,获得显著疗效,报告如下。临床资料一、治疗对象:有发作性鼻眼痒、打喷嚏、流涕,交替性或间歇性鼻塞等典型过敏性鼻炎的症状;病史推断为过敏性体质,检查双侧下鼻甲粘膜苍白、湿润,有少许水样分泌物;以1:10,000浓度粉尘螨浸液0.1毫升皮内注射,作皮肤变态反应试验,15分钟后观察结果为(卅),即风团直径大于2厘米或红晕直径大于3厘米者。本文54例均伴有尘螨过敏性枝气管哮喘,45例幼时有奶癣史。二、治疗方法:用夏枯草、辛夷、苍耳子,按3:1:1的比例制成滴剂,每日滴鼻2～3次,每次
