患者,男,30岁。左眼被铁屑击伤。诉怕光,流泪,胀痛伴视物模糊。外院曾局部用抗菌素眼药水,症状加重于伤后20时转我院。检查:视力右1.2,左0.2。左眼刺激征阳性,球结膜混合充血,水肿,上方结膜下出血,角膜透明,前房大量灰黄色混浊物,眼底不能窥见。眼球向各向活动均受限,指测眼压T~(+2)右眼正常。体温38℃,白血球总数13400/mm~3,中性80%。入院次日行结膜囊分泌物
