组态软件在通风机监控系统中得到广泛应用。考虑到通风机性能曲线对通风机运行的重要性,运用最小二乘法拟合曲线原理,通过力控组态软件的xy曲线进行通风机性能曲线的绘制。并与MATLAB拟合的曲线进行性能对比,经分析运用xy曲线绘制的通风机性能曲线可以达到较高的精度。
Configuration software in the fan monitoring system has been widely used. Considering the importance of ventilator performance curve to ventilator operation, the least square method is used to fit the curve principle, and the performance curve of ventilator is plotted through xy curve of strength control configuration software. The performance of the curve fitting with MATLAB is compared with the performance curve of the ventilator drawn by using the xy curve to achieve higher accuracy.
