近些年来,我国房地产市场发展迅速,不仅大城市发展势头迅猛,而且一些小城市的房屋买卖市场也是异常火热。而由此引发的法律问题更是层出不穷、种类繁多,这项关系国计民生的事业,往往不仅涉及到民法问题,有时还涉及到行政法规,更有甚者是二者兼而有之。本文以一则房屋买卖案件为例,以一个法律工作者的立场,简要分析了房屋买卖所涉及的部分法律问题。
In recent years, the real estate market in our country has been developing rapidly. Not only is the momentum of the development of big cities soaring, but also the housing market in some small cities is unusually hot. However, the legal issues arising therefrom are even more numerous and diverse. The cause of the national economy and the people’s livelihood often involves not only civil law issues but also administrative laws and regulations, and more often both. This article takes a case of housing sale as an example to briefly analyze some legal issues involved in the sale and purchase of housing by taking the position of a legal worker.
