为确保企业安全生产的正常运转,需调整安全资源配置以满足现实需求的动态变化,并采用逆优化的方法优化企业安全资源配置。结合安全资源与安全状态之间的动态时变、强非线性等特征,以企业安全经济负担总量最小化为目标函数,以安全资源投入为约束条件,构建安全资源配置模型。用非线性规划的逆优化方法,以安全资源投入比重为调整参数,构建安全资源配置逆优化模型。以某煤矿生产物流系统为例进行实证分析。结果表明,安全资源配置模型的最优解难以满足企业实际生产的动态需求,调整模型参数能达到合理的安全资源配置,使系统处于稳定优化的安全状态。
In order to ensure the normal operation of enterprise safety production, it is necessary to adjust the allocation of safety resources to meet the dynamic changes of the actual needs and to optimize the allocation of enterprise safety resources by using the reverse optimization method. Combined with the characteristics of dynamic time-varying and strong non-linearity between safety resources and safety conditions, the objective function is to minimize the total amount of safety and economic burdens of enterprises, and the safety resource allocation as the constraint condition to construct the safety resource allocation model. Using the inverse optimization method of nonlinear programming, taking the proportion of security resources input as adjustment parameter, constructing the inverse optimization model of security resource allocation. Take a coal mine production logistics system as an example for empirical analysis. The results show that the optimal solution of the safety resource allocation model can not meet the actual needs of the actual production of enterprises, adjusting the model parameters to achieve a reasonable allocation of security resources, the system in a stable and optimized security status.
