学生走出校门之后面对的是一种角色的转换,学生人到职业人,这两者之者有非常大的区别,学校和企业不同的环境氛围,对大学生的要求是完全不同的。学校的一切工作都是为培养学生服务的,而企业的主要工作是围绕利润而开展的,大学生在校是受他人服务的,在企业是为他人服务的。最简单一句话:你是要进行资源交换,通过工作换得薪金。但交换过程中会面临到的问题,很多同学是在吃亏中习得经验教训,但这部分内容,在学校里完全是有机会去了解。
