采用化学溶蚀方法解除水泥塞,要比用钻头钻开的机械方法安全得多。在动态条件下,对盐酸和盐酸氢氟酸以及几种络合剂复配的水泥石溶蚀液进行了G级油井水泥石的溶蚀试验性研究。试验结果表明:溶蚀液配方以HCl+HF和HCl+HF+E为好;并且适当提高温度,有利于加快水泥石的溶蚀;动态条件下的溶蚀速度大大高于静态条件下的溶蚀速度;溶蚀液的水力冲刷作用和刮削作用下的溶蚀速度较高。在进行现场施工时,如果将这两种作用配合使用,将会得到满意的效果
It is much safer to remove cement plugs by chemical etching than mechanical methods of drilling with drills. Under the dynamic conditions, the corrosion test of Class G oil well cement stone was carried out on the cement stone solution mixed with hydrochloric acid and hydrochloric hydrofluoric acid and several complexing agents. The results show that the solution of HCl solution is better than that of HCl solution and HCl + HF + E solution, and proper temperature increase can accelerate the dissolution of cement paste. The dissolution rate under dynamic conditions is much higher than that under static conditions. Erosion speed is higher under shaving action. When performing on-site construction, if these two effects are used in conjunction, you will get satisfactory results
