目的了解河南省乡镇卫生院急救卫生资源现状,为农村急救医疗服务资源的合理配置、建设规范化急诊科提供科学依据。方法合理设计问卷,指导学生暑假期间入乡、入村对我省18个地市、324个乡镇卫生院进行了问卷调查,建立Excel数据库统计分析。结果乡镇卫生院卫生技术人员学历、职称构成、床位数、房屋及其建筑面积、基本医疗设备等均高于2007年河南省农村卫生资源普查统计公报。有专职急救人员的急诊科153所占47.22%,但专职急救人员数量、职称、学历偏低,一些常用、急救设备配置率过低,医护人员急救知识与技术水平亟待提高。结论乡镇卫生院急诊科急需投入资金,改善薄弱环节,达到规范化建设标准;引导高职高专医学生到乡镇卫生院就业,弥补学历低、专业技术人员不足的状况,有利于乡镇卫生事业的快速发展,可有效减少死亡率和医疗纠纷,促进社会和谐与稳定。
Objective To understand the status quo of emergency and health resources in township hospitals in Henan Province and provide scientific basis for the rational allocation of rural emergency medical service resources and construction of standardized emergency department. Methods The questionnaire was designed rationally to guide students to enter the countryside during summer vacation. A questionnaire survey was conducted in 18 cities and townships and 324 township hospitals in our province to establish a statistical analysis of Excel database. Results The township hospitals health technicians academic qualifications, composition, number of beds, housing and its construction area, basic medical equipment and so on are higher than in 2007, Henan Province, the report of the survey of rural health resources. The emergency department with full-time emergency personnel 153 accounts for 47.22% of the total, but the number of full-time emergency workers, professional titles, and academic qualifications are low. Some commonly used emergency medical equipment allocation rates are too low and the knowledge and technical level of emergency medical staff urgently need to be improved. Conclusion The emergency department of township hospitals urgently needs to invest funds to improve the weak links and reach the standardized construction standards. It guides the employment of higher vocational and technical medical students to the township hospitals, compensates for the shortage of academic qualifications and lack of professional and technical personnel, which is beneficial to the rapid development of township health undertakings Development can effectively reduce mortality and medical disputes and promote social harmony and stability.
