随着鄂州市企业所有制改革的基本完成,辖区能够保持生产的工业企业除两家国有企业(武钢鄂城钢铁厂和鄂州电厂)外,其余绝大部分是中小民营企业,这对促进鄂州中小民营企业的发展,全面建设小康社会和和谐社会具有十分重大的意义。当前,鄂州的中小民营企业在成长发展过程中遇到了一些困难,其中最大的困难之一是资金短缺。由于鄂州辖内目前仅有四家国有商业银行和农业发展银行的分支机构以及农村信用社,而中小民营企业在成长发展过程中,其外源性资金需求与金融机构的资金支持矛盾十分突出。对此,笔者对鄂州市金融支持中小民营企业的发展情况进行了调查,并提出一些参考建议。

Due to the fact that there are only four branches of state-owned commercial banks and Agricultural Development Bank in the jurisdiction of Ezhou, as well as rural credit cooperatives, the contradictions between the exogenous funding needs and the financial support of financial institutions are very prominent in the growth and development of small and medium-sized private enterprises. In this regard, the author of Ezhou financial support for the development of small and medium private enterprises were investigated and made some suggestions.
