修订背景JJG(YD)044-2006《SDH/PDH数字传输分析仪》新版检定规程未出台之前,检定传输分析仪需同时参照5本检定规程,内容繁多,而且很多内容有重复的情况,对于使用者来说很不方便。随着通信技术的发展,原有的PDH及SDH的低端速率已无法满足现有要求,所以检定规程到了迫切需要修订的时候。经广泛征求意见后,最终定稿为一本,即JJG(YD)044-2006《SDH/PDH数字传输分析仪》,该规程由信息产业部于2006年6月30日批准,并自2006年6月30日期实施。

After extensive solicitation of opinions, the final version was finalized as JJG (YD) 044-2006 “SDH / PDH Digital Transmission Analyzer” approved by the Ministry of Information Industry on June 30, 2006 and approved by the Ministry of Information Industry March 30 implementation date.
