探讨了城市路网交通分配预测结果中,路段饱和度过大的原因,推导了路段最大加载饱和度、行程时间和行程车速的理论计算公式。结合实例探讨了最大加载饱和度和行程车速一般性数值。有关研究可供确定时间阻抗函数时参考。
This paper discusses the reasons for the excessive road section saturation in the prediction of urban road network traffic distribution and deduces the theoretical formula of maximum load saturation, travel time and travel speed. With the example, the maximum load saturation and travel speed general value are discussed. The relevant research is available for determining the time impedance function.
