黑河位于黑龙江省最北的一个專区,与苏联西伯利亞相連,兩国以黑龙江为界。黑河区多屬山地,其中大小兴安嶺各佔一部分,山脈高度海拔500至1000公尺。林区多为灰壤,有时在柞林下或荒原可見黑鈣士。河床兩岸或山溝窪地常見由卵石摻杂的冲积土。本区气候变化異常;特別是呼瑪地区,多季酷寒,夏季灼热,气溫有时高达36℃,且晝夜相差甚巨。年最低气溫为—45℃(二月初),地面最低溫度—51.4℃,地表面初結冻期九月三十日出现,最大結冻深度大于247厘米。一般是在四月間开始冰解。初雪約在九月下旬,全年降水量达521.2毫米。
Heihe is located in the northernmost part of Heilongjiang Province and is connected with the Soviet Union in Siberia. The two countries border Heilongjiang. Heihe District is mostly mountainous, with the Xiaoxing’anling each occupying part of the mountain and the mountain ranges at an altitude of 500 to 1000 meters above sea level. Most of the forest area is gray earth, and sometimes black calcium is visible under the oak forest or in the wilderness. The pebble-doped alluvial soils are common on both sides of the riverbed or ravines. The climate change in this area is abnormal; especially in the Huma area, there are many cold seasons and hot summers. The temperature is sometimes as high as 36°C, and there is a huge difference between day and night. The annual minimum temperature is -45°C (early February), and the minimum ground temperature is 51.4°C. The initial freezing period on the ground surface occurs on September 30 and the maximum freezing depth is greater than 247 cm. It is usually started in April. The first snowfall was about the end of September, and the annual precipitation reached 521.2 millimeters.
