城市精神是城镇化中的灵魂,塑造引领城市和人发展的城市精神是完善城镇化健康机理的表征。在人类文明的进程中,城市精神作为城市躯体中的灵魂,不断在人类的认知判断、价值判断、审美判断的实践活动中深深地烙上人的情感符号、精神特质、文化样式。同时,城市精神又以在历史与逻辑统一的理性演变过程中所凝练的生命特质以其深刻性、确当性和生动性塑造人的灵魂。在以人为本的城镇化中,城市价值主体不断从城市精神这个价值客体中汲取人们所需要的价值元素,城市精神也在城市文脉特有的语境里不断增强历史的厚重感,鲜明的时代感,真、善、美的交融感,其良性互动的成效有力地推动了城镇化的健康发展。
