目的:提高对类风湿性关节炎(RA)并发急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)的认识。方法:报道1例RA并发ALL患者,并进行相关文献复习。结果:RA并发ALL的报道甚少,国内仅有1例幼年型RA并发ALL报道。国外有报道RA并发gamma-delta T细胞白血病1例、RA并发前B细胞ALL 1例。RA并发白血病的发病机制推测为免疫功能紊乱、治疗RA的药物影响及病毒感染。结论:RA可并发ALL,可能多种发病机制参与,RA患者如出现血液系统损害表现,需注意除外白血病。
Objective: To improve the understanding of rheumatoid arthritis (RA) complicated by acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). Methods: One case of RA complicated with ALL was reported, and related literatures were reviewed. Results: There were few reports of RA complicated with ALL. Only 1 case of childhood RA complicated with ALL was reported in China. Abroad has been reported RA concurrent gamma-delta T cell leukemia in 1 case, RA complicated with pre-B cell ALL in 1 case. The pathogenesis of RA complicated with leukemia is presumed to be immune dysfunction, drug effect of treating RA and viral infection. Conclusion: RA can be complicated by ALL, may participate in a variety of pathogenesis, RA patients, such as the performance of blood system damage, should pay attention to except leukemia.
