Helium liquefier system is the liquid helium supplier for superconducting ECR ion source which is now under manufacturing in Germany and will be built in our institute in May 2005. TCF 10 is a standard helium liquefier of Linde Kryotechnik AG by using the latest technology of helium liquefaction.
