一、品种选择草莓越冬栽培应选用休眠期短、耐寒、长势强、花粉多且健全、果实大小整齐、畸形果少、丰产优质的品种。如:11-8、秋香、丰香、宝交早生等。二、培育壮苗1、越冬茬栽培对秧苗的要求:生长健壮而不过旺,花芽分化早且发育充实,并能连续开花结果。秋苗定植标准:有5片以上发育正常的复叶,叶色鲜绿,叶柄短粗,短缩茎直径1厘米以上,须根多且颜色白,单株苗鲜重25～30克。
