９０年代的电力系统经历着巨大的结构变化。为适应将来新型的电力系统，必须对现行电力系统的结构、运行和规划以及经济等各方面进行全面改革。总结目前国内外电力系统市场化的最新发展和理论研究，提出了需要解决的问题，并且对我国电力市场运行模式提出了自己的见解。
The power system of the 1990s experienced tremendous structural changes.
