目的 :观察大黄浸液对感染根管内厌氧菌的作用效果。方法 :用大黄浸液作为根管消毒剂 ,对感染根管进行消毒并与临床常用消毒剂甲醛甲酚进行比较 ,同时还进行了协同药敏试验。结果 :大黄浸液具有较好的抗菌作用 ,与甲醛甲酚有较好的协同作用。结论 :大黄浸液具有刺激性小、口感好、抗菌谱广泛、毒副作用甚低等优点 ,其价格低廉 ,易获得 ,易制备 ,不失为一种有待开发应用的良好根管消毒剂
Objective: To observe the effect of rhubarb infusion solution on anaerobic bacteria infected root canal. Methods: Rhubarb immersion as a root canal disinfectant, root canal disinfection of disinfection and clinical disinfectant formaldehyde cresol comparison, but also conducted a collaborative susceptibility testing. Results: Rhubarb immersion has a good antibacterial effect, and formaldehyde cresol better synergy. Conclusion: rhubarb infusion has the advantages of less irritation, good taste, broad antibacterial spectrum, low toxic and side effects, low price, easy availability and easy preparation, which is a good root canal disinfectant to be developed and applied
