随着国民经济的不断发展,交通量明显的增多,越来越多的要求公路具有快速甚至高速的行车条件。目前,国内许多省市都在主要城镇之间正在修建或考虑修建高速公路,对此,国家还没有拿出一套完整的设计规范,故各家在设计中对一些技术标准的认识不一。由于缺乏设计经验,通过参加济南至青岛一级公路(线形按高速公路)的线形设计,就下面几个问题谈几点粗浅的认识:
With the continuous development of the national economy, the traffic volume has obviously increased, and more and more demands have been made on high-speed and even high-speed driving conditions. At present, many domestic provinces and municipalities are constructing or considering the construction of expressways between major towns. To this end, the country has not come up with a complete set of design norms. Therefore, different standards in the design of various industries are different. Due to the lack of design experience, a few superficial understandings on the following issues were made by participating in the linear design of the first-class highways in Jinan-Qingdao (line-by-expressway):
