本文介绍用一台TP—801单板机、一台X—Q圆筒扫描器,一台CTS—11型超声波探伤仪及一台X—Y记录仪组成的简易超声扫描设备,并用这套设备对加有人工缺陷及经过弯曲试验已经产生严重分层的二个玻璃纤维——环氧树脂管进行了无损检验,画出了试件的扫描图,实验证明该设备能检验出予加的缺陷及经弯曲试验后试件产生的分层。这套设备成本低,便于组装,重复性能好,可靠性好可用于玻璃钢管的超声无损检验。
