法律英语文献检索与资料查阅在法律英语翻译中具有很重要的作用,而文献检索和资料查阅本身就涉及到外国法律特别是英美法特定知识和部门的理解和运用。本文从熟练的法律英语文献检索能力出发、分析了法律英语资料查阅过程中译者对法律英语的理解、资料范围的扩充以及以确立自己的专业领域等三个方面分析了法律英语翻译者的能力要求和具备这些能力的途径和方法。
Legal English literature search and data access plays a very important role in legal English translation, and literature search and data reference itself involve the understanding and application of foreign law, especially Anglo-American law-specific knowledge and departments. Based on the proficiency of legal English literature retrieval, this article analyzes the legal English translators ’ability to analyze the legal English translators’ understanding of legal English, the expansion of data scope and the establishment of their own professional fields Ways and means to ask and have these abilities.
