一、本模拟题系根据2003年12月版《民事诉讼法学》(北京大学出版社;江伟主编)而设计。为使知识考核点尽可能覆盖面广一些.本模拟题适当扩大了题量.在难度上亦作了一定加大。
First, the simulation questions based on December 2003 version of “Civil Procedure Law” (Peking University Press; Jiang Wei editor) and design. In order to make the knowledge assessment point cover as much as possible, the model questions should be properly enlarged and the difficulty must also be increased.
