我科护理小组通过对 82例糖尿病病人低血糖反应的观察 ,认为低血糖不能单纯以血糖值低于 2 .78ｍｍｏｌ/Ｌ为准 ,而应与血糖值短时间内下降的梯度与临床表现相结合来判断。通过近三年的临床护理观察 ,我们把这种由血糖下降梯度所造成的低血糖反应命名为糖尿病血糖下降梯度性低
