以水稻绵2优647为材料,采用营养液培养方法,研究了不同浓度的钴处理下对水稻种子萌发及幼苗几项生理指标的影响。结果表明:在种子萌发条件下,随着钴浓度的增加,水稻种子的发芽率、发芽指数和活力指数均逐渐降低;在幼苗生长过程中,随着钴处理浓度的增大,水稻幼苗根长、苗高、根重、苗重及植株鲜重呈下降的趋势,同时幼苗叶片的叶绿素含量快速下降,而过氧化物酶(POD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量却逐渐上升。其中,显著抑制水稻幼苗根长、根重和叶绿素含量的最低钴浓度是0.03 mmol/L;显著抑制水稻种子萌发,使苗高、苗重及植株鲜重显著下降,并且使过氧化物酶(POD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量显著上升的最低钴浓度是0.15 mmol/L。说明本试验的钴处理浓度对水稻种子萌发和幼苗生长都有不同程度的抑制作用。
Using Mian 2 You 647 as material, the effects of different concentrations of cobalt on the seed germination and several physiological indices of seedlings were studied by nutrient solution culture. It indicated that the cobalt concentration in this experiment inhibited the seed germination and seedling growth to some extent.
