本实验利用大鼠脑血肿模型,观察了醒脑健神胶囊对脑血肿大鼠6、12、24、48、72小时时脑系数、脑血管通透性、脑组织含水量及钠、钾、钙、镁离子的影响。结果表明:大鼠造模后脑系数、脑血管通透性、脑组织含水量及钠离子含量随着时间推移而进行性升高,尤以造模侧为著。用醒脑健神胶囊后,能明显改善脑水肿病情,脑系数、造模侧脑组织含水量、钠离子含量及脑血管通透性的变化均比病理组减轻。
In this experiment, the cerebral hematoma model of rats was used to observe the brain coefficient, cerebral vascular permeability, brain tissue water content, and sodium and potassium in Xingnaojianshen capsules at 6, 12, 24, 48, and 72 hours in rats with hematoma. The effect of calcium and magnesium ions. The results showed that the brain coefficient, cerebral vascular permeability, brain tissue water content and sodium ion content increased progressively with time, especially on the model side.
